FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are there any prerequisites to participate in a surf course?
Our only requirement is that participants can swim confidently in the ocean. This is crucial for safety and well-being while surfing.
I already had some surf lesson, am I still a beginner?
Our beginner surf course is perfect for all entry-level surfers - whether it´s your first time or you´ve surfed a few times before, even if you joined a surf camp last year. If you can stand up on the board but still want to learn how to catch your own waves, improve your timing, or start turning with control, this course is for you. We tailor each session to your level, so you´ll progress with confidence no matter where you´re starting from.

Why do I have toy pay for the boat or entrance on top of the lesson?
Surf Lesson Information:
Our individual 2-hour surf session rate is PHP 1.400
Please note that additional boat or entrance fees may apply depending on the surf spot. Some breaks require a boat ride to access, while others may have a beach entrance fee. These charges are not included in the lesson rate and will be added on top.
We believe in full transparency, so you’ll always be informed ahead of time if any extra fees apply.
Here’s a quick overview:
- Boat fees: PHP 200 – 350
- Entrance fees: PHP 20 – 100
These are paid on-site and go directly to the boat operators or local landowners.
No hidden charges—just great waves and honest service!
What surf teacher will I get?
At the heart of our surf school are our qualified instructors, all of whom were born and raised on the island. They’ve grown up with the
waves and know every surf break inside and out—from childhood surf sessions to daily experience in the water, their local knowledge
runs deep. Most of our coaches are also competitive athletes, proudly representing the island at national surf competitions across
the Philippines. They bring not only talent but also passion, discipline, and a deep respect for the ocean—and for their students. All our
instructors speak good English and are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment for surfers of all
levels. Whether it's your first time standing on a board or you're looking to level up, you're in good hands.
Prefer a female coach? We’ve got you covered. We’re proud to have skilled women instructors on our team—just let us know if you'd like a girl-to-girl session, and we’ll make it happen.
